Sao lưu e-mail về máy trạm
– Mục đích : Giảm dung lượng mailbox lưu trữ trên server
1. Chuẩn bị
– DC1 : Domain Controller; DC2 : Exchange server ; WIN71 : Client
2. Tiến hành
– Trên máy trạm WIN71 tạo Rule sao lưu mail về lưu tại máy trạm trên outlook hiepit@fpt.vn :
+ Tạo 1 file .pst : File – New – Outlook Data file …
+ chọn “Ofice outlook persional Folder File (.pst)”
+ Chọn đường dẫn lưu file
+ Nhập pass nếu cần
+ Chuột phải ” BackupMail ” – New Folder…- Name : BackupMail
+ Tao Rule copy mail trong Inbox vao Folder vừa tạo:
+ Tool – Rule and Alert…- New Rule…
+ Next – Bỏ Select ” from people or distribution list “, specified : Inbox – Next – Yes
+ Rule Wizard : Select “move a copy to the specified folder”; specified : BackupMail
+ Tên Rule : Backup E-mail
– Run Rule :
+ Tool – Rule and Alert…- Run Rule now…-Backup E-mail – Run now
– Trên DC2 : dùng mail cuongit@fpt.vn gửi mail cho hiepit@fpt.vn kiểm tra.
